Questions about pricing

Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Every plan is monthly rolling. Practice is £69 per fee earner a month if you pay annually.
Who counts as a fee earner?
Anyone who runs matters. Each fee earner comes with one support-staff seat at no extra charge.
What counts as a completed matter?
A residential sale, purchase or remortgage that completes. Matters that don't complete cost nothing. Commercial lease matters are £45 each, charged when the matter is opened.
Can you move our open matters across?
Yes, at no charge. We import your open matters as part of setting you up.
What happens to our data if we leave?
We export it for you: your matters, documents and records.
Are client introductions part of the price?
No. Introductions are separate from the software. Any introduction fee is agreed with you in writing, and you tell the client about it, as the SRA Code of Conduct requires.
Does Instrukt hold client money?
Never. The software keeps records of money in your firm's own client account. Instrukt doesn't receive, hold or move client money.
